M3E Electronic Management of Medicare Short-Stay Admissions to Ensure Compliance with the Two-Midnight Rule

2:20 PM – 3:20 PM CST

We are actively monitoring attendance throughout each session: If you are only seeking SCCE/HCCA credits (CCB CEUs), it is not required to participate in the active attendance monitoring. Participating in active attendance monitoring is only required if one will be requesting External Continuing Education Units for NASBA or CLE’s. Approximately every 13–15 minutes, you will receive a pop up asking you to confirm that you are still actively participating in this virtual conference. If you are in full screen view, you will not see the pop up, so to participate, you cannot use full screen view. Following the conference, all attendees seeking any type of credit must complete the Application for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) Form to request your earned CEUs and return to SCCE/HCCA/CCB as indicated on the form.

Learning objectives:

  • Build a compliance work plan to proactively address known areas of risk
  • Learn how to approach risks using different assessment techniques: Training, analytics, auditing
  • Demonstrate a continuous improvement process within your compliance program
